Counselling
Performance and Media Health offers specialised counselling and careers
advice in Kensington, London, for people in the arts and media, as well as a
general service to all.
Sessions are usually one hour long and take place weekly. It is,
however, possible to have longer sessions for those outside the London area, or
to arrange sessions at different times each week rather than having a fixed
time, to fit in with schedules. Sessions can be re-arranged with adequate
notice.
Fees for sessions follow a sliding scale according to earnings, and some
assistance is available. Particular topics covered include stage fright,
creative blocks, burnout and careers issues. Our careers package includes
standard personality tests such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the 16 PF,
Belbin's Team Roles and indicators of job preference and values. See Personality Profile
